PantryGear Lab is an independent resource for people who store, preserve, and prep their own food. We cover vacuum sealers, dehydrators, slicers, grinders, grain mills, canners, fermentation gear, and the accessories around them.
Our approach is deliberately different from most "best product" sites. Instead of rewriting manufacturer bullet points, we build specification databases from live listings, calculate the numbers that actually decide a purchase such as cost per bag and tray area per dollar, and show our sources. Every data point is dated, and anything we cannot confirm is marked as unverified rather than guessed.
